President / Owner

Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Dan Megrue and I became the owner of A & D Auto-Truck Service on July 1, 2006. Prior to that I managed the business for the previous owner, Doyle Helmink, for almost 3 years. For 25 years I worked in the telecommunications industry designing, installing and programming various types of telecommunications equipment. After working for large corporations I wanted to be able to get to know and interact with people on a more personal level. That and my desire to be in my home town community are what have brought me to where I am today. I can proudly say that I want to provide the best customer service possible. I strive to have the best technicians using the best equipment available. I will continue to provide the same quality service that you have come to expect from A & D Auto-Truck Service. Professional Service Consultant

Paul as been with A & D Auto-Truck Service since 1988 and has worked in the Auto and Truck repair industry for more than 45 years. Some but not all of Paul's duties inlude visiting with customers to find out their problems or concerns, answering the phone, scheduling appointments, scheduling the technicians work, ordering parts and controling inventory.  Paul received his AMI (Automotive Management Institute) designation in July 2005.  AMI designation requires a total of 128 hours of training in multiple types of service advising and management skills. Paul is a great asset not only to our company but our customers as well.

ASE Certified Master Technician

Dwayne is our most experienced and lead automotive technician.  Dwayne has vast experience and owned/operated his own automotive repair business for 5 years. As stated above, Dwayne is an ASE Certified Master Technician, L1 Advanced Engine Specialist and ASE Truck Certified. Dwayne is a certified master welder and is able to fabricate solutions for custom applications. Dwayne performs all types of diagnosis and repairs on both foreign and domestic vehicles as well as trucks, suvs, motor homes, buses and trailers. Dwayne is certified to perform DOT inspections and DOT brake inspections. Dwayne is certified in the handling of both  R12 and R134A Air Conditioning service. We are proud to have Dwayne on our staff as he strives for perfection and welcomes the opportunity to help you with your vehicle needs.

Technician

Logan is the newest member of our staff and is a recent graduate of SCC in Milford. Logan has a strong background in heavy equipment and machinery. Logan is able to perform all service, diagnostics and repairs on all foreign and domestic vehicles as well as trucks, suvs, motor homes, buses and trailers.  Logan is certified to perform DOT inspections and DOT brake inspections and is also certified in the handling of both  R12 and R134A Air Conditioning service. We are excited to have Logan on our staff and Logan is just as excited to help you with your vehicle needs.
